Welcome to the shopping guide. To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, please do observe the following instructions.

The first step in buying something is as easy as click on the particular item you wish to buy. Say you want to buy a shirt. You can click on the link shirts as it will take you to a page where the categories are displayed with the price and product code. In order to view the product large, simply click on the photo or on the Zoom In option below it and you will get a bigger image with a good product visibility. To buy that particular item, you have to click on the shopping basket below the product photo. This Add to Cart option helps you add as many products as you want to your shopping list. The new icon symbolises that the product displayed is a new collection arrived at Chennai Silk.

Once you add the products to Cart, it will take you to another window with options like Remove, Title, Price, Quantity, Amount, Update, Continue Shopping and Check Out.

This page will display your selected item or items under Title, the respective price, number of pieces you bought under Quantity and the total Amount of the purchase.

If you want to remove a particular item from your shopping cart, you can do this by marking the respective check box next to the product and by clicking on the Remove button. This function will remove the marked item from your shopping list.

Update function helps you convert the purchase amount to US dollars or Euro.

You can continue shopping by clicking on the Continue Shopping tab.

If you are done with shopping and you want to finish shopping by making the payment, you can click on the Check out tab.

This will take you to a new page, where you have to enter your email id and pass word if you are a registered user. If you are new user doing shopping, you can register here by entering information like Name, Address, Phone number etc. Once you enter all the information, you can click on the Continue tab to confirm the entries and go to the next page or click on the Clear Form tab to re enter the information.

The next page will have options like “Product to be Delivered on”, enabling you select a particular date to deliver the product.

There is also an option available “Send as Gift to”, facilitating you to send the purchased items to a friend in the mentioned addressed.

If you have purchased any Gift Voucher, you can enter the voucher code in the allocated box. Once you enter all these information, you can click on the Continue tab or click on the Clear Form tab to re- enter the information.

When you click on the Continue tab, it will take you to the next page, where the purchased products are displayed, with the shipping and handling charge and the total amount. Verify all the information and click on Continue to proceed.

The next page will help you make payments in two modes. One is through Credit Card and another one is through Demand Draft which is only available in India.

You can select the mode of payment by choosing a convenient method.

When you click on the credit card option, it will take you to the pay server page where you will be asked to fill in the required information. Once you enter the entire necessary information correct, click on the Submit button to confirm the payment.

Demand Draft options will ask you the user id and password to complete the formalities. If you are new user, fill in the basic information and get registered.

When you complete the formalities and the payment get process, you get an order confirmation note as well as an email verifying your purchase with a transaction id.

On receipt of your order please check the packaging and contents carefully. If you have any problems with the delivered goods, you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Note:- If you wish to cancel your placed order kindly send a request mail to us. Our administrator has the rights to cancel the customer order. Customer cannot to do the cancellation of their placed orders.
